The day after Om passed away, @photomatt wrote about an idea. Bring all of Om’s worlds together on what would have been his 60th birthday.
That idea became OmFest.
On September 29, we’re spending twelve hours in San Francisco bringing those worlds together.
It’s a day built around what kept @om curious. The people he loved are at the center of it. So are the ideas he kept returning to. His photography and music run through the day. So do the objects he cared about and the friendships he built over decades.
Matt was Om’s best friend. I’ve loved watching the care he’s putting into making this worthy of him.
