WHY I’M RUNNING FOR CALIFORNIA STATE SENATE MY VISION FOR CALIFORNIA I have no intention of being a legislator that does nothing.  I welcome everyone UP THERE to join me and be a part of a broad coalition that is willing to work hard, call out EVERYONE that is a part of the problem and design a plan that gets ACTUAL RESULTS.  That’s how I did business in the private sector beginning in sales, that in time built up a business as a visionary entrepreneur and conquered an industry at an executive level.  Now I get the opportunity to do this, make California better than it’s been – one win at a time. California is too expensive for a decent family or a young couple with a meager salary to live.  It’s becoming increasingly difficult to find a job.  Once you do find a job, there’s no guarantee that it will last.  Every other day our favorite venues realize they can’t afford to stay in business.  They close-up shopand cut jobs that never come back.  Crime has run rampant in California.  We’ve all watched the “Smash and Grab” operations, COMMITTED IN BROAD DAYLIGHT.  Our current Governor-in-Thief, Newsom has done nothing.  In fact, he literally fought AGAINST the effort to increase penalties, catch these thieves and hold them accountable.  The Democrats in charge are a Den of Thieves - these criminals stick together Trans-Drug “THERAPY” for our kids paid for by our tax-dollars?! By order of Newsom and School Administrators teachers were told not to share information with parents, that's crazy.   (It’s not therapy).  I call it what it is, it’s CHILD ABUSE  and pure evil. Gavin Newsom AND School Administrators STOLE the authority to hide all this information from parents – responsible parents are the only people that should have the authority and right to make these decisions and raise their children, NOT the State!  If there are exceptions to the rule they shouldn’t dictate public policy.  Newsom has placed our children in direct, irreparable harm FOR LIFE. This isn’t just the first time I’ve waded into this conversation. I have a history of calling these abusive acts of criminal enterprise by administrators, bureaucrats and politicians out on Radio. I hope to get the chance to call them out to their faces. A diesel export ban would add more pressure to a system already at a breaking point due to the decisions of California policymakers. WSPA has long advocated for energy affordability across the West Coast. A diesel export ban comes with serious risks of driving prices even higher. Logistical constraints, a high output of renewable diesel and low-carbon fuel mandates leave our market uniquely vulnerable to the disruptions this policy would cause. The West Coast already refines more diesel than it consumes - a mandate to store that excess fuel rather than export it would likely require refiners to dial back their operations, risking higher prices for gasoline, jet fuel and other refined products.

ina Turner and German music executive Erwin Bach met in 1985 and married in 2013, after being together for 27 years. Their relationship lasted for decades and continued through some of the most difficult periods of Turner’s life. By 2016, Turner was facing serious kidney problems. Her kidney function had fallen to about 20% after a stroke and treatment for intestinal cancer. Doctors told her she could need regular dialysis or a kidney transplant. At one point, Turner had even considered self harm because of how difficult her health problems had become. Bach decided to help her in a major way. In 2017, he donated one of his own kidneys to Turner. In her memoir, Turner described how surprised she was by his decision. She wrote that he "shocked me by saying that he wanted to give me one of his kidneys," and said she felt "overwhelmed by the enormity of his offer." Turner continued living for several more years after the transplant. She passed away in May 2023 at the age of 83. Her estate was estimated at about $250 million. Under Swiss inheritance law, a surviving spouse is generally entitled to a significant share of an estate. Bach was widely reported to have inherited around $117 million to $125 million, although the exact amount was never officially confirmed. The remaining estate was reportedly divided among Turner’s surviving family members.

Tony Randall was Felix Unger, the neat, fussy photographer, and Jack Klugman was Oscar Madison, the messy, easygoing sportswriter. Two divorced men sharing a New York City apartment was basically a recipe for nonstop arguments, misunderstandings and some great comedy. The first episode, “The Laundry Orgy,” found Oscar and Felix trying to arrange dates with the Pigeon sisters upstairs — while also trying to get out of their regular poker game. Naturally, neither plan went quite the way they expected. The series was based on Neil Simon's hit play and the 1968 movie, but Randall and Klugman made Felix and Oscar completely their own. Garry Marshall and Jerry Belson developed the TV version, which eventually ran for five seasons and 114 episodes. And that opening premise still sounds familiar today: one guy couldn't stand a mess, the other practically created them.
