Taking a vacation as a founder is a special kind of torture. Everyone tells you to rest, and your brain hears "check your phone every 20 minutes but feel guilty about it". The first days of this trip were exactly that. Slopes, phone, guilt, repeat. Then something annoying happened: nothing broke. Demos were filling up the calendar. Replies were pouring in. The team handled everything without a single "quick call?". After 4 days, I stopped checking in the morning. Two days later, I forgot what day it even was. We spent two years building a system that works while nobody watches, and it took a mountain covered in snow to make me believe it.

Everyone's blaming automation for dead reply rates, and I think they're blaming the wrong thing. I run automated outbound every day, and our reply rates actually went up when we turned it on. Most teams automate the sending and skip the thinking: same message to everyone lists built weeks ago no reason to show up beyond "you fit our ICP" That was already bad when humans did it by hand. Now flip it and automate the context too: β†’ watch for what buyers actually do: a new funding round, a new role, a hiring push β†’ reach out in the first few days β†’ write to that exact moment, not to a generic persona A robot with good timing beats a human with a cold list every single time.

I took my first real vacation in 6 years and my calendar came back full. Salespeople know the feeling: you go away for a week and the pipeline goes away with you, so you never fully leave. Every vacation I’ve ever taken had my laptop in my bag and a "quick check" every morning that turned into 2 hours of work. This time I decided to actually test my own product. I set up my signals, left the queue running, and closed the laptop. Came back to 9 demos booked. And honestly, mixed feelings. For the first time in six years, I was actually present. Pretty sure my wife was happier about this launch than I was lol.

Most of my booked calls came from one sentence: No intro. No pitch. "Saw you're hiring 3 SDRs. Usually means outbound is about to scale. Ready for it?" This booked more calls than any long message I’ve ever written. For years I did the opposite. Writing 3 paragraphs thinking more context = more replies. Turns out nobody reads cold DMs. They scan them. The second it smells like a template, they move on. So I flipped the whole thing: 1. Find a trigger (hiring, funding, new job) 2. Name what that moment usually means for their team 3. Ask a question they can answer in one word Used this pattern to close $3M on LinkedIn and never changed a line since. If your message needs a second paragraph, you don't have a reason to message them yet.

I used to think you needed millions to get users Our first 10 paying usersc came from doing the most obvious thing ever β†’ DMing people and asking them to buy β†’ Posting daily on X + Linkedin And we wasted $0 on the things everyone tells B2B founders to try: paid ads and TikTok. Stick to fundamentals, they work.

4 years. $3M+ closed on LinkedIn. Here's the #1 reason you are not getting buyers: You open X, reddit, Sales Nav, build a list, send the same DM to everyone, and watch your reply rate drop. The fix is simple: do it backwards. Don't start with a list. Start with intent: β†’ Find people already showing they want to buy. β†’ Use AI to read what they post, who they hire, what they struggle with. β†’ Then write your first message off that. Now your DM doesn't sound like a bot. It sounds like "wow, this person actually looked at me first." That's the whole thing. Signal-based, not spray ai slop on ppl. THERE IS A PROBLEM THOUGH.. As a founder, you have 0 time to do this by hand. And most tools just help you send generic templates faster. So I built a system: Claude + LinkedIn signals + a tight sequence. I only message warm people: β†’ people engaging with competitors β†’ people who visited my profile β†’ companies growing fast or hiring β†’ people already liking my stuff I can do it WAAY faster. and get WAAY More demos. I wrote the whole thing down: β†’ the 5 signals that predict replies β†’ how to research an account with Claude in under 2 min β†’ how to personalize DMs and cold emails at once β†’ how to pace outreach so your account stays safe β†’ the exact frameworks I use to book demos So you stop hitting ppl at the wrong time, and start getting some paying users. Timing is everything. Reply "PLAYBOOK" and I'll send it over.

CLAUDE wrote every LinkedIn DM I sent last month. It booked 3x meetings EVERY single day. 99% of B2B teams write LinkedIn DMs 1 of 2 ways: Manual = 30 minutes per message, hours per day Templated = "Hi {FirstName}" copy-paste that gets ignored You are stuck choosing between burning time or burning reply rates. UNTIL now. I packaged the exact prompt stack I run into 12 Claude prompts. Each one takes a LinkedIn profile + a detected signal and writes a snackable DM in your voice. Under 30 words. Every opener references one of these: β†’ The job change that just happened β†’ The funding round that just closed β†’ The competitor post they just engaged with β†’ The hiring spike that started 14 days ago β†’ The problem they posted about this week Here is what is inside: β†’ 5 first-message prompts (one per signal type) β†’ 5 follow-up prompts that do not nag β†’ 1 objection-handler prompt β†’ 1 qualifying-question prompt β†’ The voice-matching worksheet so Claude writes in your tone, not its own β†’ The 3-line rewrite framework I used to crack reply rates (with the before and after) No more: - Walls of text - Templated openers - Generic follow-ups - Hours rewriting the same first line Same approach I used to close $3M+ from LinkedIn over the last 4 years. Want it? 1. Follow me 2. Comment "SIGNAL" I will DM it over. P.S. ♻️ Repost to get it first

I sent 631 DMs in the past 6 days. Booked 10 demos. PS. every message was completely RANDOM No ICP. No timing. No intent signals. Not from a "proven framework." Not from some $2k course. From lines like: πŸ‘½ alien hook (3) πŸ’ caveman grunt (3) πŸ₯‘ avocado opener (2) πŸ“’ all caps scream (1) πŸͺ„ wizard spellbook (1) The numbers: β†’ 631 DMs β†’ 49 replies (8%) β†’ 10 meetings booked (1.5%) β†’ 0 strategy Honestly? I was just having fun.. And here's the part I can't stop thinking about: This is the worst possible version of outreach. No targeting. No signal. No personalization. Pure chaos. Which means the people doing "real" outbound spray-and-pray sequences, AI-slop templates like: "Hey {{firstName}}, saw you're a {{title}}" are leaving an absurd amount of pipeline on the table. Now picture the opposite of what I did: β†’ Tight ICP β†’ 30+ Buying-intent signals Sendio tracks β†’ Messages that adapt to their profile β†’ Hitting people the moment they're ready to buy β†’ All sent on LinkedIn That's not outreach. That's an unfair advantage. My week now looks like this: Wake up β†’ open Sendio β†’ inbox full of "yes, let's talk" β†’ calendar booked β†’ show up to calls. That's the whole job. I've made a playbook on how we are booking 40+ demos a month with a very simple framework Comment "PLAYBOOK" and I'll send it

Day 5 of DMing people random stuff to prove a point: Anyone can get their first 10 paying customers from outbound if you actually put in the work Just booked another meeting off the cave man line. I think this one is my favorite lol Current score: 7/10 demos booked. β†’ 3 from the aliens πŸ‘½ β†’ 2 calls from the avocado line πŸ₯‘ β†’ 2 from the cave man line πŸ’ I'm sending 50~100 DMs / day ~300 DMs total sent ~20-30 replies (~8%) And the crazy part is I'm not even taking this seriously. Now imagine if we: β†’ Tight ICP β†’ Proper messages β†’ Real intent signals β†’Perfect timing β†’ All on LinkedIn (literal gold mine) That's just a normal day for us now. Wake up, open Sendio, inbox already full of positive replies, calendar full of meetings We show up to calls. That's our whole job

Day 4 of DMing people random stuff to prove a point: Anyone can get their first 10 paying customers from outbound if you actually put in the work Current score: 6/10 demos booked. β†’ 3 from the aliens πŸ‘½ β†’ 2 calls from the avocado line πŸ₯‘ β†’ 1 from the cave man line πŸ’ I’ll be honest I thought this would be harder I already knew outbound was strong Took a company from 0 to $1M ARR using only outbound But this result is still surprising Now think about what happens when you do it properly β†’ Clear ICP β†’ Hyper personalized messaging β†’ Real intent signals β†’ Perfect timing β†’ All on LinkedIn (literal gold mine) This is what our GTM looks like every single day We wake up to a Sendio inbox full of positive replies No pitching needed on demos, we just show our campaigns lol

Day 3: 5/10 demos booked. This one was brutal β†’ 100+ DMs to land it. Lesson? Empathy in your copy is everything. This one had zero, which is probably why it took so long lol But we got there. Sleeping on tomorrow's copy. Open for suggestions, if you have any drop belowπŸ‘‡
