Very disappointing experience with @FlipkartMinutes. Received broken & rotten eggs, support confirmed my ₹59 refund and even updated my bank details. Minutes later, they changed the status to "not returnable due to policy." Why promise a refund and then reverse it?

This is outright misleading. I searched for an 'Unlimited 4G + 5G Data for 28 Days' plan priced at ₹348 and recharged based on that information. After payment, I received an SMS saying the plan provides only 1.5GB/day with 100 SMS/day for 21 days. @airtelindia @DoT_India
