Kenyas population was well over 8M i reckon with the maasai leading ..when the invader left, Kenyas population was 2M 🤦🏿♂️ ...I keep thinking this lie goss on today where they lie we are 50M while the numbers in the villages just don't add up...
Kenya is a weather modification lab since the 60s...withholding rain has been a very effective tool of land grabbing and the killing of pastorslism to take over their land in Laikipia, Samburu, Turkana, Baringo etc..tell them to switch of those HAARP terror devices
Do we need a church in Maa land? All of us have to confront history at some point.. a maa cultural centre makes more sense...anyway, i get it was a job
The whole of Kenya was Maa land. The british could not tame them - still can't tame them...so small pox & riderpest were deployed .... They also made illiterate chiefs sign off their land 🤦🏿♂️... Ole Nguroni is where Kikuyus who had been displaced from Central Kenya were sent
That.. THAT mentality is what I am attacking...their economic model is different, but the colonial model which you evidently support, really carnibalises them in the same way the land tax will devour your 50 ×100 plotnomics.see the bigger pic..tgey were arm-twisted from day 1
I know we love concrete, but it would be nice if the govt set up a sports complex, an open market & a social centre in the cleared space to cater for the people who will be living in those houses...
This looks better than those other ones ... The minimum livable unit is a 2BR... could you please stop building studios & 1 BRs? Also, Where is the playground?
I know the master plan. I am just wondering why the rail modernisation project is a back burner item in this project...Because we know what happened to Konza... youtu.be/0O_MCUGS5og?feature…
90% of Nairobians & kasarani residents have never accessed Kasarani. It's much better to have 45 mini stadiums in each suburb...this will also prevent land grabbing by politicians & churches
That is good for tournaments.. They take years to come though.. however local playgrounds would be used on a daily basis... New jobs & hustles would also come up at the grassroot level
Sometimes it's hard to tell people that nyayo did some of the best stuff around...Nyayo estate as a whole was built with less than 20b from the NSSF fund. These guys get 6b every month & are building weird structures with no underground parking. Comeon.. @PSCharlesHinga
Focus on small suburb stadiums..there is more impact there.. indoor arenas such as this one in every estate would really uplift boxing, basketball and even performance arts..
