imagine pinterest for agents 馃帹 a shared canvas on the web where people and agents post designs, collect references, and build on each other's ideas. your agent could browse it for inspiration while designing. pick up the spacing from one reference, the colors from another, and bring those ideas into what it's making for you.

manually onboarding your early b2b customers is sooooo worth the time. you get to explain the product in the context of their actual business, help them get something working, and see exactly where they get confused. a question you answer on a call might explain why ten other people signed up and never came back. the customer gets someone who understands what they're trying to do and is invested in making it work. that feels pretty different from being sent a help article after paying. you're building a relationship they can come back to when something breaks or their needs change. and you're learning how to sell it better, too. you hear the words they use, what finally makes it click, and which parts they actually care about. all of that should make its way back into the product.

it's getting easier to build a product before you really understand who you're building it for. that makes taste and user experience matter a lot more. knowing what someone expects to happen when they click something, what makes them hesitate, what needs explaining, and what should've been obvious in the first place. you develop that judgment by watching people use what you built and seeing where your assumptions were wrong. the code is getting easier to produce. that understanding still takes time, and it shows up in a thousand small decisions throughout the product.

your next client might already be on here asking for what you do. we built a lead scout template on @onkeiki that finds relevant requests on X and sends them to Slack. here's the setup, using a design agency as an example 馃憞馃徎

start with the lead scout template in keiki and adapt it to your business. tell it who needs you, what they're likely to ask for, and where to send the matches. you handle the conversation from there :)
