6 weeks today I purchased a @Lenovo Chromebook through @LenovoCanada , paid $480. 5 weeks ago, according to Lenovo, @UPS delivered our CB, but we haven’t seen our item. Many calls through @LenovoSupport , and still nothing. We’re out $500. Only option , go through our visa. 👎

Every @LenovoCanada support rep assured me they would get back to me in 24-48 hours via call or text , not one follow-up. Must be a terrible work culture when you’re forced to lie to your customers. Hoping @RBC Avion client care helps us out. 🤞#chromebook Stay away from Lenovo

Why would @UPS let someone else sign for it at an unknown address? @Ups has never followed up either. Take responsibility for your own screw up.

@HiltonHelp we have an issue with an Air Canada voucher for a delay stay at airport hotel.
Our parents went to Double Tree Dixon Road, staff accepted the voucher put them in a room.
Next morning manager says the voucher not valid at this hotel. Charged the $296. Want refund

@DoubleTree on Dixon Road could have steered our parents in the right direction lastnight. But chose to take advantage and cover their own mistakes.

My wife called and spoke with manager , he is not accepting the fact that his staff let this happen, therefore except responsibility. Taking advantage of passive elderly folk who were confused with the situation. No empathy, just illogical sticking to his story.
