In silence

Would you trust a bank or crypto exchange that was 100% vibe-coded, where the codebase is a complete black box to the devs? AI agents tested it purely from the outside (clicked through UI, basic user flows pass), but not a single soul understands the internals, concurrency, or transaction logic under the hood. Would you deposit?

This is absolutely fucking insane. I was completely blown away this morning, and that’s putting it mildly. I had an open position on the M token. I bought it at around $2.60 per token. The plan was simply to farm funding (you get paid every 4 hours for holding the position), and everything was going great. Sometimes I’d make up to $5 every 4 hours, and after a couple of days I’d already collected about $50 in funding. I was actually planning to close the position. For some reason, though, I decided to keep it open until last night. Nothing suggested anything was wrong. The position was fully hedged, with about $24k involved in total ($12k as margin for the futures position and another $12k worth of M tokens on spot). The whole point of this strategy is that I shouldn’t lose money from price movements because the spot and futures positions hedge each other. Well… this morning I woke up and saw that overnight the supposedly stable M token had fucking crashed more than 70% IN JUST TWO MINUTES. During the crash, Binance auto-deleveraged (ADL) my hedge somewhere around the middle of the dump, closing it for only about $5.2k in profit. That completely destroyed my hedge. The spot tokens that were worth $12k are now worth only around $3k, so the spot loss is about $9k. The futures profit—which was supposed to offset that loss almost perfectly—is only $5.2k because fucking Binance closed my position when the price was around $1.60 INSTEAD OF $0.71 WHERE IT IS NOW. Because of that, I completely missed locking in the rest of the gains while my spot position was left completely exposed, and the price kept crashing during those same two fucking minutes at 3 AM while I was asleep. So now I’m down about $4k because of this bullshit, and it could easily become $7k because I still don’t know what to do with the spot tokens I have left. I can either wait for a rebound or just sell them now and lock in a $4k loss—all because I happened to be asleep. This is absolutely fucking unbelievable.

Increase your value. The time you spend working passes through the membrane of value. If you work at McDonald's, your value will be lower than that of a person building a useful product for millions of other people.

I'm building my own crypto tool/program, and you know what? Yesterday it started bringing me real profit/benefit. Am I going to monetize it? No, I don’t need competitors. That’s the whole point — every user you have becomes your direct competitor.

I've started getting unsubscribes. I was directing all my focus on creating something and completely forgot about my X account. I feel like I'm missing out on something important. That's why I think I should come back properly (I never really left, but I need to stop being silent on X)

Month recap. Habit tracker: lasted about half the month. Partly because a lot of those habits were getting in the way of my actual professional growth. Yeah, they develop me personally, but with a ton of other responsibilities I just couldn’t keep everything up. Decision — keeping only the truly critical ones for productivity: bedtime meditation stays, adding cold exposure and a few other key things. Finances: growth, but I want to cut mindless spending (deliveries, random crap, etc.). From now on, money goes straight to savings so there’s no temptation to blow it. X activity: not a lot, because I wasn’t super active here. Focused on projects instead. Still, my first month looked like this: Growth from 01.11.2025 to 03.12.2025 - +162 posts on X - –6 followings on X - +30 followers on X - +3 members in the community - 1 project improved; tech stack chosen; crypto partner found - ±0 users - ±0 MRR - +21.5k impressions By my estimates, followers will start pouring in once I ship one of the apps. The next few months should see much bigger growth. I don’t want to spam X with tons of replies just to inflate my follower count — it feels pointless. We keep grinding on crypto projects until New Year’s. I’m already making solid progress on one of them. Found a solid partner to collaborate with — this opens new opportunities, connections, and my first real users.

I'm tired of trying to figure out how to fit all this into my post, so I'll just send a screenshot with my goals for the end of 2025. Next year, my goal will be to learn how to format messages on Twitter 😅

how many of you have launched something like this recently?

>> Going through a course or watching videos on a new technology is sooooo boring >> Building your own product is sooooo fun

I'm tired of this. What's the point of gaining followers this way if they're not even interested in what you create?

Hey, how are your days of building your awesome projects going?

The best feeling is when you conquer one peak and immediately aim for the next. I’ve started paying way less attention to spamming on X — all that “reply guy” stuff — and focusing way more on building the actual product. Feels like the right strategy for real.

Today was an interesting day that got pretty intense toward the end — not from work fatigue, but from resting too hard. Can you imagine resting so much that by the end of the day you’re completely wiped? I can. I was sitting in the sauna and jumping into the cold pool, then riding that sweet light-headed high that feels like being tipsy. That’s real bliss. Sometimes you just need to unplug from everything. Decided for myself that I’m going with the TC + Node.js stack. Ditching Python on the backend for Node.js. It should speed up development and make my life easier (and richer) thanks to all the insane projects I’m going to build with it. Good night everyone, planning to grind harder tomorrow!

Most guys think being a reply guy is super cool. But I’m slowly shifting into development and believe that sitting down to learn something new is the absolute best use of my time, far better than grinding followers through blatant spam. You just learn, build something useful, and in the process create real value that people naturally follow. That’s the path I’m choosing. I’d rather create helpful tools than waste time dropping hundreds of pointless comments a day. Good night 😽

I'm tired of being a reply guy. For me, it's a dead-end path. Real followers come because they're genuinely interested in your account, not because you're spamming replies all over X.

Today I’ll talk more about the morning part. It’s incredibly important to me. I hit the gym: 1 hour of intense CrossFit + 1 hour of leg training afterward. I was already sleepy as hell, and today the urge to sleep was extra strong. It felt like something was blocking me from working normally because all I wanted was to rest. But laziness is our enemy — we have to fight it and win at any cost. I wish all of you to learn how to beat laziness if you haven’t already. Good night 😽

I have a really bad habit of polishing an idea to the absolute maximum. But I get it — that's a road to nowhere. An MVP shouldn't be as massive as I imagine it in my head.

Personally, to me, adding these features is a must-have: - contrast shower | sauna & cold plunge pool (helps you to rest, & makes your body stronger) - brain exercises to train & speed up your brain - meditation & using Pomodoro technique + to-do lists to make you disciplined
- Hit the gym - Ship apps weekly - Avoid drama (especially in group chats) - Read books that actually make you better - Write daily -> build in public - Teach your team or younger devs what you know - Smell nice (no excuses) - Make money in your sleep (subscriptions 😆) - Invest in a nice laptop (and maybe a nice car later) - Level up your circle -> hang with builders - Talk less, build more - Pray more - Think highly of yourself -> nobody will if you don’t = Recipe for the perfect indie hacker life
