Unbelievable! James Talafreako allegedly told staffers he will implement a “GAY QUOTA” requiring 30% of all Texan kids be GAY.
Kids will be able to opt-in as gay. But if the 30% threshold isn’t hit, all remaining kids will be put into a GAY LOTTERY to assign who will be GAY.
