If you bought a MAGA hat between 2021-2025, Jack Smith had a spreadsheet with your name and home address. Let that sink in…. Thanks to Senator @ChuckGrassley & @SenJudiciaryGOP for bringing transparency! Time to hold Jack Smith accountable! @ItsYourGov

$6 B in long term costs to Illinoisans across the state. Tax hikes. That’s what 85 local referendums on ballots on Nov. 3 will ask you to agree to. We highlight the 6 biggest ballot questions, starting with CUSD 300 in Algonquin, at $355 million. Most taxpayers have no idea about these referendums. Get engaged. Find out what’s on your ballot. The media should show this, but they won't.
This is real. This is the Democrat nominee for U.S. Senate. How embarrassing.

Vote for Maria if you are for killing innocent babies up to the time of birth (i.e. reproductive freedom). Otherwise, vote for common sense with @MartyForIL. Abortion, for life of the mother, incest and rape, should always be preserved. @LibsBarrington @D220Insider @MissinRoyko

Illinois school districts are able to organize big tax-hike referendums far in advance of ordinary residents even knowing about them. In Lake County, school districts approved getting a 1% sales tax hike question on the ballot. They had help from the bankers. Never mind the tax mess Illinoisans are already in. Taxpayers have to know what they are up against. Here's how it played out. Via Fight for Illinois. fightforillinois.org/data/th… #twill

Lake County was one of six Illinois counties to receive a sales tax increase on August 1st giving it the distinction, along with McHenry County, of being the 7th highest taxed county in the nation (not the state, the nation) Well the tie with McHenry County make not last long if the 1% additional Lake County sales tax referendum on the November ballot is approved It should be noted that Lake County was overwhelmingly a supporter of JB Pritzker in the 2022 election. Apparently they are striving to become the highest taxed county in the nation and no one better than Pritzker to make it happen To my Lake County friends FIGHT for ILLINOIS presents via its FIGHT for ILLINOIS APP six reasons why the tax is a bad idea The APP can be downloaded for free by going to fightforillinois.org

Nabeela Syed & I have very different records on the issues that affect your family & your wallet. I've voted NO on higher taxes/ fees, worked across the aisle to rein in prescription drug middlemen, fought to protect children, & pushed for property tax relief for homeowners.

Illinois school districts have put a whopping $2.1 B in bond referendums on the Nov. 3 ballot. With interest, that’s nearly $4 billion in total cost to taxpayers. Add the other sales-tax and rate hike referendums, and local governments want billions more. Most voters don’t even know these questions are on the ballot. At Fight for Illinois, we compiled the referendums from all over the state and how much it's going to cost taxpayers. Share this with people who think Illinois doesn't have a tax problem. fightforillinois.org/data/il… #twill @ILGOP @Illinoisdems

When I decided to run for Congress, I thought about my 10 kids. My husband of 34 years. The teams I coached. The business I spent 35 years building here. Washington made groceries and healthcare more expensive. I’m not running to be another face in D.C. I’m running because I know how to build something that lasts. Not more talk. The work. Illinois — are you ready?

Sen. John Fetterman tells Zohran Mamdani to "fix a pothole," blasting the NYC mayoral candidate for weighing in on foreign policy: “Now you have the mayor of a city. You’re a mayor, dude. You’re a mayor. You can fix a pothole. You can take out the trash. But you can’t order people to arrest anybody any more than I could. I couldn’t have him arrested if he came to Pennsylvania. It’s a joke, and he’s a clown. He also said that Netanyahu is not welcome in New York. You can’t say that any more than I can say, ‘Mayor, you’re not welcome in Pennsylvania.’ So sit down. I know you’re a clown, and you’re just going to pander to the fringe because that’s part of your base. I know you’re angry at Netanyahu because he killed a lot of people you admire, whether it’s Sinwar, Nasrallah, or Qaani in Iran. He’ll only criticize the prime minister of Israel, but he never criticizes Hamas. He never criticizes Hezbollah or Iran. I’ve never heard the mayor condemn Iran for killing 30,000 or 40,000 of its own young people who were simply asking for democracy in their country.”
