Yesterday’s trade on my Alpha Capital account 📉🔥 Clean XAUUSD short from the 4323 area, with price delivering a strong move down toward 4281. Patience. Precision. Execution. 📊 Alhamdulillah 🤲🏽

Atlas Funded deducted $502.38 from my $721.88 payout claiming “news trading.” Here is the issue: I did NOT open or close the trades they deducted within 5 minutes before or after a high-impact news event. Atlas’ own published rule says profits may be removed when trades are opened or closed within 5 minutes before or after high-impact news. So I’m asking Atlas Funded to show publicly: • Which exact trades were flagged • The entry and exit timestamps • The exact news event involved • The time of that news release • How those trades fall inside their 5-minute rule • The version of the rules that applied to my account when I traded I’m not asking for special treatment. If I violated a clearly applicable rule, show me the evidence. But if my trades were outside the 5-minute window, then the $502.38 deduction needs to be reversed. Atlas Funded, transparency please. Let the evidence speak. One thing I’d avoid saying publicly is “Atlas made up the rule” unless you can establish that with archived evidence. Their current Help Center does state that the policy applies to trades taken from September 4, 2025.
