Tomb Raider is a story about one person. RE is a shared universe with several different characters and storylines. The literally just introduced a totally new one before going back to mainstays with the last installment.
Resident Evil is the only franchise where non-fans think they can tell Day Ones they don't deserve a proper adaptation of the source material.
Imagine a Tomb Raider movie with some guy named Trevor fighting vampires in Detroit then being told "it adapts the gameplay properly"

If you were a perfectionist you would have gone to school to be an artist. Your frustrations with the limitations of AI are because you haven't pursued an actual education to learn how to express yourself. Instead you're restricted to whatever AI steals for you.
