+$152k 💰💰💰 Comparing the odds I had on Polymarket vs major traditional bookies. My odds were 2.94 (=34c). If I placed the same bet on WilliamHill (the best odds from the list) I would've won $26'670 less, I repeat $26.7k less!!! Also add Maker rebates (+a couple hundred).

Did you know that @MetaMask charges 3% ON TOP of your predictions bet??? Received this one from a friend, who made $13k bond and won… $12.6k $13k winning prediction through MetaMask brought him minus $400. How could it even be possible to bet at 104c? @MetaMask you suck.

Following up with the Tiers update from @Polymarket. My suggestions for the Team @mustafap0ly: 1. Add the Tier progress scale/bar (i.e. Stake's VIP window) showing your current 30-day weighted volume and how much is left for Tier-up. The progress bar makes it clear how much more volume needs to be traded to reach an upgrade + motivates people to reach it. 2. Make the info about Rebates $ visible, i.e. Rebates in June = X, add a graph like with Referral rewards. Right now the Rebates arrive once per day and usually traders just miss / don't pay attention to them (especially those with a bunch of trades on Activity page). 3. Add amounts of Rebates as a category to the Leaderboards (+ you can do the same with amounts of LP rewards too). People use third-party services to track such stuff now (i.e. @betmoardotfun) - can easily be implemented to the main website. 4. Add badges like "sports bet freak", "geopolitics expert", "crypto geek", "veteran", "newby", etc. - indicating areas of expertise/interest of a trader. 5. Add more bonuses for Tier-ups, not only direct Level-up Bonuses and Rebates: - dedicated Diamond+ Discord/Telegram groups & chats. - free stuff for higher levels: merch, free tickets on sports events, invite to meet-ups, etc. - weekly raffles with Prizes, online poker tournaments, etc. for different Tiers. 6. The Tier-up bonuses should arrive right away when the level is reached + a follow up pop-up message. It is nice to be rewarded right after a certain level is reached. Point being is it should be both cool and rewarding to reach new and new Tiers, thus making trading more entertaining and gamified. Hope the suggestions will be useful, happy to discuss them in the comments.

Interesting updates from the team: - Clearly levels up the playing field between Makers and Takers (before that it was waay more profitable only to be a Maker not to pay the fees and earn Rebates). - Adds Category weights - Sports being one of the lowest with 1.0 Weight makes total sense. - The future rewards mentioned hint an upcoming airdrop again. - In the end of the day the updates will boost the volumes and speed up the adoption.
