Yo this is great. 2 things:
1. It makes editing copy on your marketing site sooo much better / less tedious.
2. It really highlights how big of a deal a small UX change can make. As a product builder, lessons in there
If you are letting Opus 5.5 rip on marketing pages like I am or doing @dannypostma new landing page course then here's a little tip that might help when editing marketing copy.

Tried this for myself. Took a whopping 4 prompts but, it's pretty cool -- even for something that I had never thought of as being mappable to this sort of animation before.
(I just pointed it at the original video I saw on twitter and said recreate this but...)

Town next to mine has no mailboxes. Everyone has to go to the post office to get their mail.
I kinda heckled it for this (among other reasons) as being backwards and overly rural for what is really just suburbia now. But my wife went there (more convenient than ours)...

It sounds kinda magical. They have candy for the kids, and know everybody in town. She walked in and was immediately asked if she had just moved in to the town, welcome!
It's a deFacto community hub and it has got me thinking a lot now about how convenience has ruined...

This has been the attitude I've tried to adopt recently. I have no idea what my job will look like, what my job title will be, etc. The only thing I feel confident in is that tinkering, exploring, & trying will give me an edge in some net positive way
My takeaway from the DHH keynote: we have no idea what will happen, and how you feel about it won't change what's gonna happen, so try to enjoy the ride.

PS @aarondfrancis next classifier you need to build or something is strip out all the code, or pull out messages that are "to the user" in the middle of long tasks that then get buried :-)

The SR-71 Blackbird had a speed limit … it was so powerful that could fly above its own limits, and literally melt its own tail from the heat. The pilots would not typically go full throttle.
I feel like we have a speed limit with software development as well. Above a certain speed and you’ll melt your own tail.
We used to never encounter this when we were flying prop planes (hand coding, to stretch this analogy even further), because dev was just so slow and painful that it gave all kinds of time to keep up on all other fronts.
But now it’s easy to just go full throttle and leave behind architecture, product, QA, and your own understanding of what’s going on.
I think those who will ship great software in the future will know where to set the throttle and stay under the speed limit.
