@Cloudflare just named the Agent Development Lifecycle. I already run a Workflow factory for Balakatha, a kids Hindu mythology story app in English, Nepali, and Hindi at balakatha.app, and the interesting part for me is that this looks a lot like what I've been building when the job is batch media, not a single agent session.

Kids content keeps human review before publish, and generated images need an explicit approval. Gemini TTS has a daily cap, and if narration isn't ready I can still publish with narration unavailable rather than fake the audio. @Cloudflare put it cleanly: a CI/CD pipeline is just a Workflow, but a Workflow can be so much more than a CI/CD pipeline.

The print pipeline starts from a chat command on my phone. Then the stages do the work, and I still approve the image before Printify. github.com/worldofpasa/print…

I do not want a magic make-a-shirt button. PrintPasa is a self-hosted idea-to-Printify line with stages I can see, and a manual review before anything hits Printify. github.com/worldofpasa/print…

I want the desktop app to refuse a pretty screen until the spec is honest about what it will do. SpecPasa is that typed path from idea to something I am willing to ship, not a vibe demo. github.com/worldofpasa/specp…

Spec to code is one pipeline. Design to something you can hold is another. PrintPasa sits on that second path for me: keep the print step boring and repeatable so the creative work stays upstream. github.com/worldofpasa/print…

Flashy kids AI is easy. A story that holds attention is harder. We are betting on tale first with Balakatha, then the pictures follow the myth. English shelf is here if you want a listen: youtube.com/@balakatha_app_e… Site: balakatha.app
