You can now copy and paste graphics across browser tabs in TacTrace. Perfect for reusing assets across different maps without starting from scratch. Standard keyboard shortcuts also works.

You can now try an experimental symbol pin/lollipop mode in TacTrace. With a bit more tweaking, this could be a really useful feature.

ORBAT Mapper now has the same experimental 3D terrain and hillshading as TacTrace. 3D animation performance is rough, but static displays work fine.

TacTrace now has an experimental terrain and hillshade toggle. There are a few performance and usability issues that I need to investigate. Also, enabling 3D terrain introduces additional rendering complexity. How should the graphics behave in 3D?

I've done some experiments with "lollipop" symbols after feedback from @SapperJaeger. Looks promising, but needs some polishing before release. The Swiss Alps are gorgeous in 3D!

Today I finally verified that my "Export overlay as PDF" feature actually works! 🥳 With registration marks, you can easily align the print to a physical map's MGRS/UTM grid.

MARKET GARDEN Day 1 – 17 September 1944 The first day of Operation Market Garden saw initial success for the Allied airborne forces. In the south, the U.S. 101st Airborne Division met little resistance and captured four out of five assigned bridges, with the Son bridge being destroyed by the Germans.  Elements of the 101st moved towards Eindhoven, making contact with German forces and receiving assistance from the 44th Royal Tank Regiment of VIII Corps.
