Why I bought
$NEARLY
@nearlytrade
The PONS comparison is interesting, but I think the real thesis starts with what NEARLY is actually building.
NEARLY isn't just another memecoin. It's trying to become a native token launchpad + trading layer for NEAR.
You can launch a token in one transaction for 0.16 NEAR, with the token, Rhea pool and supply created together. The liquidity is then sent into an immutable locker.
The fee model is interesting too
Every pool has a 1% trading fee.
For launches on NEARLY:
70% → creator
30% → protocol
Creator fees are paid out hourly, while the protocol keeps its portion to operate the launchpad.
The project has a dedicated buyback & burn mechanism where 100% of the fees allocated to
$NEARLY are used to market-buy
$NEARLY and burn.
NEARLY's current product direction also includes tokenized stocks, ETFs, gold and Treasuries priced in NEAR, using NEAR Intents for settlement.
I'm looking at it as a bet that NEARLY can become a piece of infrastructure for on-chain activity on NEAR.
