PC era, Part II – We will figure out how to host/deploy/use open models before foundation labs figure out how to make theirs too hard to leave. You don't really need crazy hardware if you don't expect an answer in 3 seconds (true with most consumer and business use cases).

New post - we should make prescriptions a shoppable process. Pharmacies would start competing more on what patients care about. We go under the hood of how a prescription currently works today. What's sent to the pharmacy, how the order moves through the electronic rails, etc. Then we walk through Photon, which allows doctors to send the prescription directly to the patient so they can shop it around pharmacies. There's a lot of really interesting AI things they do under the hood to create a new pharmacy network. For all the talk of consumerization of healthcare, pharmacy feels like an excellent place to start

I gotta say @tryramp has caused me more frustration than delight lately. It’s actually a major pain to configure for growing teams. Static spend limits don’t make sense over time - why not make them smarter based on how seats/usage scales? It’s also just become a monstrously complex product to navigate.

There is nothing more fulfilling than a worthy quest. Go work on meaningful problem - for a very long time. You’ll wake up surrounded by incredible people and a wealth of knowledge. The solution will feel distant and that will bring joy. There’s a lot of game left to play.
