A B2B founder booked $55,450 in pipeline in 14 days.
No sales team or agency. He ran the email campaign himself, from a terminal.
The system is 5 Claude Code Skills:
β Reads your closed-won deals and scores who's ready to buy. One team: 41 deals in, 22 scored accounts out, 15 minutes
β Extracts the buying pattern from your CRM notes
β Writes cold emails under 80 words. One founder went from a 0.9% to a 7.6% reply rate
β Strips the sales voice that gets you marked as spam
β Maps warm intro paths through your own network
Each Skill is a file. Drop it into Claude Code, point it at your data, run it.

I kept a prospect 'warm' for eight months. I checked in every month with a useful link. In month two he'd told me they were hiring someone in-house. I filed it under 'not yet' because 'no' felt worse.
A prospect told me: "Your email was good. I just wasn't in pain yet."
11 months later he emailed me first.
What's your longest gap from cold email to client?
A founder spent 10 minutes of a diagnostic apologising for his CRM.
The CRM was fine.
His 3 sellers each described the ideal customer differently.
Nobody had ever written it down.
4 cold email myths that are killing your reply rate:
β Start with a question β start with a statement instead
β Long detailed emails β 50 words maximum
β Mention price upfront β save it for the call
β Personalised subject lines β make it look like an internal email

99.9% of cold emails do not catch attention. Here is why:
β There is no universal best opener. Templates do not work.
β What works is a first line that is specific, relevant, and intriguing to that one prospect.
β You can only write that line if you have the right data behind it.

I spent a whole Friday polishing a subject line.
On Monday I sent the old version by accident.
It got the best reply rate of the month.
The one I was proud of has never beaten it.
The first time I sent a 4th follow-up, I felt like a nuisance.
He replied: "Thanks for sticking with it, I've been drowning."
He's been a client for 8 months.
I still hesitate before sending the 4th one.
A founder showed me a 61% open rate and asked why nobody booked.
We read his last 20 emails out loud together.
By the fourth he said: "I wouldn't reply to this either."
Then he closed the laptop.

Jasper has spent about 10 years in outbound, and he runs Founder's GTM, where founding teams build their own outbound with Claude instead of hiring a sales team or renting an agency.
In the last 6 months that has produced 150 qualified opportunities and $450K in pipeline across 7 clients, including 1 campaign that turned 8 replies into $55,000.
Today he builds a Claude skill from scratch that writes cold emails, then runs it against a real LinkedIn profile live on the show.

A founder told me outbound doesn't work in his market. He'd sent one sequence to a bought list of 3,000 contacts, with a Calendly link in the first email. What failed that month was the list vendor, and he blamed the whole channel for it.
AI agents were meant to kill Clay. It turned them into customers instead.
Here's how, whether you need it, and a setup for a tenth of the price.

I replaced a β¬400-a-month enrichment tool with a Claude Code script that runs on Monday mornings. It's slower and uglier, and it does exactly what I need, which the tool never quite managed.
If you had to book five meetings next month with nothing but a spreadsheet and your inbox, what would you do on day one? I ask because that answer is usually better than whatever's in the current plan.
"We help B2B SaaS companies scale pipeline" describes about 20,000 companies and gives none of them a reason to reply.
"You just raised prices and three reviews mention it" describes one company, and gives it a reason to reply today.
Before writing a single email for a client, I asked 25 churned customers why they'd left. 16 gave the same reason, and it appeared nowhere on his website. That sentence became the first line of every email we sent.
Paste a prospect's last five LinkedIn posts into Claude and ask what's worrying them this quarter. Write your first line about that and nothing else. On a batch of 40 emails, replies went from 2 to 5.
When founders say "we tried outbound", they usually mean they tried a sequence. Outbound is the list, the reason, the timing and the message, and the sequence is the least important of the four.
A founder asked what to cut from his GTM stack. We cut four tools and kept a spreadsheet, Apollo and Claude. Pipeline sat flat for a month, then went from 6 to 11 booked calls. Which tool are you paying for that you wouldn't miss?
