As a mom & head coach, this profession can feel isolating. TABC is this week, & was told my 16-mo-old canโt ride along.
That leaves me choosing between extra travel costs or not bringing her. Disappointing reminder of the barriers working moms in coaching still face.

Once you get a taste of making it to State finals, anything less than that feels a little bit like failure.
