Exactly. The model is only one layer. The real jump happens when tools, memory, and permissioning are designed well enough that the system can recover from mistakes instead of just sounding smart.

That’s it. We learned this years ago in distributed systems… failure isn’t the problem. Designing for recovery is. AI is just forcing everyone to relearn that lesson.

Exactly. The AI agent revival problem is just distributed systems crash course part 2. Checkpointing, WALs, saga patterns — all that 'new' agent stuff has been solved in databases for decades.
