IMO this isn't something to spend time on. Likely your entire life is KYCed. Virtually every on/off ramp is controlled and monitored by a state compliant entity, unless you find someone to P2P with. You're not truly free of the system unless you move to international waters.

Spending time on this kind of stuff saved me millions but most likely OP is toast
