If we’re talking about their anime versions, there’s no debate. Reinhard slams Benimaru. For peak light novel versions, Benimaru wins. Raw destructive power, physical strength, combat speed, hax, special abilities, regeneration, and battle intelligence all favor Benimaru. Benimaru holds the edge in offensive power and high end scaling. Reinhard’s Divine Protections and resurrection make him hard to kill, but they won’t stop Benimaru, whose peak scaling reaches multiversal or hyperversal levels. With an existence value over 100 million, Benimaru operates on a different level. If Benimaru went all out, he could overwhelm hundreds of Re:Zero characters and destroy the verse’s forces on a scale Reinhard can’t counter. Reinhard’s survivability is impressive, but being hard to kill doesn’t mean he can beat someone who vastly outclasses him in raw power and combat ability. Benimaru wins.

Just realized my childhood favorites ended permanently. Though unsatisfied with the ending, I’ll remember it forever. At least it has a million times better ending than AoT.
