In life you just never know what someone is going through and the battles they face, to boo a player and a person is wrong when you have no idea what the reason why was when that person asks for a trade. It’s just really unfortunate to see this and hear the boos towards a player who has done everything he can do on and off the ice to make the Detroit Red Wings Hockey Club a great organization. Fans do pay a lot of money to go to the games, they pay a lot for jerseys and other needs at the games. Respect for that but we don’t know why Dylan asked for a trade and the fact it got leaked is very disappointing too because his personal situation should stay private until he feels comfortable with sharing his story. Dylan Larkin is one heck of a hockey player, leader, community leader, husband, father, son, friend and family member. Tonight in our opinion he deserved better and the fact he handled it with such class says so much about him as a person and who he is to his core. Here’s to hoping things workout great for everyone involved and we can see Dylan rip up the NHL once he’s back on the ice. #NHL #DylanLarkin #LGRW
