Regarding $PHI, the token will remain onchain and continue to be tradable on Aerodrome. aerodrome.finance/swap However, available liquidity is expected to decline through the month (unless the community provides liquidity organically).

Earlier this year, in January, we made the hard call to scale the team down significantly to extend our runway and give ourselves a real shot at finding a sustainable path forward. Over the months since, we explored every direction, including pivoting to prediction market or AI.

Despite those efforts, we've reached a point where continuing to operate Phi, or building something new from here, is no longer financially viable. We didn't reach the outcome we hoped for, and that responsibility rests with us.
