Spurs may have moved off the bottom of the table but over their past 61 top flight seasons they’ve spent a month longer in last position than they have in first
In the first 50 PL games of 26/27 there were only 2 VAR errors, as identified by the independent KMI panel: Haaland’s goal v ManU and Bruno G not getting a pen v Villa.
2 mistakes, both with a direct effect on Arsenal and the (sham) title race.

Come on mate, show us some of the abuse Nick has dished out. You’re calling him a nasty little turd, so show us what he’s done that’s anywhere near that. Just one tweet. Go on. Don’t be shy.
The ‘Red Cartel’ stuff is obviously total bollox, but it’s true there’s been a slow process of football becoming less ‘open’ with clubs dominating longer. The only way to combat it is more even distribution of income, so the rest of the PL need to stop eroding their own chances.
Until the 1980s away teams got 20% of match receipts, UEFA money was tiny and TV money was non-existent, so income was much more equal. UEFA won’t help but the rest of the TV money should be divided absolutely equally, no extra for league positions
Don't cry, Baba. 😔💔
Hours before his execution, Alireza Raeisi was allowed one final phone call from Dastgerd Prison in Isfahan. His father was crying on the line. So Alireza, with hours left to live, tried to comfort the man who raised him.
"What can I do, Baba. They want to take my whole life from me."
Then he asked for one last message:
"Say hello to my uncle. Tell him I'm looking after Ramin over there."
Ramin was his cousin. The son of that same uncle. He was shot dead in the streets of Isfahan during the protests. Now the regime has hanged the other one. At dawn. In secret.
This is what the Islamic Republic calls justice: 18 days of torture. Electric shocks. A forced confession. A trial lasting minutes. An appeal thrown out in less than 48 hours. A gallows built beside a Revolutionary Guard executioner.
They think the rope will end the uprising. The rope is only creating more anger towards society.
When I talk to any of the family members of those who are in prison on the death road, they have a simple demand: tel the world: #StopExecutionsInIran, demand accountability for these unlawful executions. Sanction the judges and executioners. Silence is complicity.

Any chance you can do a story on why 4 clubs who are meant to be viewed as “big clubs”forced the PL to bring in rules which has directly resulted in the mess we currently have? We all know it’s nothing to do with stopping clubs going out of business and all about protectionism👍🏻
