Reporter: "Attorney General, on your Facebook page three days ago, you wrote, ‘What this young woman has been forced to endure is horrific and unacceptable. I'm holding her in my heart and in my prayers. To her and to all survivors, you're not alone. We stand with you.’ Why did you affirm her allegations as fact without doing your own fact-finding investigation? And to the governor, why did you appoint an official who made a public statement affirming those allegations as fact as someone who's supposed to be doing an investigation?” New York Governor Kathy Hochul (D): “I will answer that. I have every confidence in our Attorney General to do what she has always done. Look at the facts, examine the record, and draw the proper conclusions. That's exactly what's going to happen in this case. Attorney General, please.” New York Attorney General Letitia James: “I will not comment on a Facebook post.” Great question!

🚨#BREAKING: Outrage is erupting in Houston after a mother just SH0T and K*LLED her OWN DAUGHTER instead of handing her over to the girl's father after losing custody... ...and the court had ruled she couldn't even be ALONE with that child!!! The girl went home with her anyway and the mother k*lled her. Yes, you read that right. The court itself decided this mother could not be trusted alone with her child. And then her child went home with her, alone, anyway. Her name was Vivian Savella. She was 4 years old. Her family says she was "loved without limit." On Tuesday, September 29th, there was a custody hearing in Houston. Vivian's father, Aaron, had spent that whole case doing it the right way. In his family's words: "He trusted the courts. He followed every order. He waited for the process to work." And on Tuesday, it finally did. A judge gave Aaron primary custody of Vivian... the right to decide where she lived, her medical care, her schooling. The mother? Court documents say she was "awarded possession of the child only when continuously supervised." Vivian was supposed to be handed over to her dad that night. She never made it. ...but it gets worse According to the father's attorney, the court never spelled out HOW that handoff was supposed to happen. The supervision was supposed to come through a court-appointed agency, but the ruling had JUST come down... and no supervisor was with Vivian and her mother that day. So after the hearing, police say, Vivian and her mother went home. To the same townhome on Terra Reserve Place. Her stepfather and a babysitter were downstairs. Just before 6 that evening, they heard gunshots from the third floor. They forced their way into Vivian's room. Her stepfather tried CPR. Vivian didn't make it. Her mother had SH0T herself too. She later passed away at the hospital. A judge put it in writing that this mother could not be alone with Vivian. Hours later, she was. And now a father who did everything the law asked of him is burying his little girl. Say her name. Vivian Savella. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!

🚨Tucker Carlson has now been CALLED OUT for LYING about three people this year - all of them former colleagues, friends, or guests on his shows. 1. Victor Davis Hanson - September 10 Tucker claimed historian @VDHanson was “talking about the glories of Hiroshima.” Hanson responded that he has never called the atomic bombings of WWII “glorious.” He said they were necessary to save lives and challenged Tucker to produce evidence that he had ever said otherwise - or apologise. No response from Tucker. 2. Blake Neff - September 17 Tucker claimed @BlakeSNeff had endorsed censorship in a Politico profile. In reality, Tucker had taken Neff’s comments out of context and misrepresented his position. Neff called Tucker’s attack “dishonest and completely unfair.” No response from Tucker. 3. Dan Bongino - June Tucker claimed @dbongino texted him that Trump had shut down the Butler assassination investigation. Bongino published the texts, which contained no such statement, accused Tucker of having “just made it up,” and gave Carlson permission to publish all of their correspondence if he could prove otherwise. No response from Tucker. The pattern is becoming pretty clear: Tucker attacks former allies he now sees as enemies of his current cause, using distorted quotes or in some case just making things up. Then, when they publicly challenge him to back up what he said, he cowardly doesn’t respond. Simply moving on to the next hit piece and hoping the attacks stick.

The hospital found out Gail Seiler was unvaccinated for COVID. Then they tried to MURDER her. They STARVED her for 12 days, denied her water for 7 days, and told her husband she was going to die. When her husband came to take her home, the hospital made her a PRISONER. They called the police, and a 6-hour standoff followed. When the hospital finally let them go, it wasn’t through the main entrance. It was through the freight elevator used to carry bodies to the morgue. On the way out, a nurse told her husband, Brad, “Mark my words, she’ll be dead tonight, or before you even get home.” Gail survived. Not because of a miracle, but because a caring physician stepped in and guided her home treatment: nebulized budesonide and ivermectin. BRAD SEILER: “Over the next 30 days, she was weaned completely off of oxygen. Within 60 days, she had recovered sufficiently to return to work. Today, Gail is alive, healthy, active, and enjoying life with our grandchildren and children.” Gail’s story is horrendous, but it’s not uncommon. Hospitals were rewarded with perverse bonuses during COVID, and the more interventions they ran, the more they made. As Attorney @RenzTom previously testified: “We have incentivized the MURDER of patients rather than incentivize TREATMENT.” “When you go to the hospital, you get tested. They get paid more. When you get admitted for COVID, they get paid more. When they put you on remdesivir, they get paid more. When you get ventilated, they get paid more. When you die, they get paid more. This is perverse.”

3 days after Richard Jewell saved dozens at the Olympics, the FBI leaked him as the bomber. He cleared the park after he found the backpack, but 2 people still died. The Atlanta paper printed “FBI suspects him” after a reporter who’d been sleeping with an agent got the tip, so Brokaw told viewers they probably had their man. Agents then lured him in with a fake training video and tried to get him to waive Miranda on camera until his mother called and he asked for a lawyer. Cameras sat outside his apartment for 88 days, costing him his job as he was followed everywhere. They floated a “hero bomber” theory with no evidence until they cleared him in October. It later turned out that Eric Rudolph did the bombings. He had also bombed two abortion clinics and a lesbian bar. Jewell died of heart failure at 44. The agent who leaked his name was never identified and nobody was disciplined.
The FBI and the New York Times spent six years destroying an innocent man on national television while the real anthrax suspect worked in the same lab. Ashcroft named Steven Hatfill a “person of interest” on TV in 2002 and Kristof spent columns calling him “Mr. Z,” the likely killer, with zero charges filed. Hatfill lost his jobs, had cameras outside his apartment, got followed, searched, polygraphed, and watched agents drain a pond near his house. They found nothing. In 2008 Bruce Ivins, a Fort Detrick microbiologist in the same building, killed himself before they could charge him. Hatfill had already been publicly wrecked for six years. He sued and won $5.82 million. Kristof later said the columns were unfair, but the original smear still traveled farther than the correction.
