TIDEFALL DUNGEON EXPANSION & TIER 4 UPDATE
The world just got deeper. Three new dungeons open their doors, the entire cave
lineup has been re-tiered into a single clear progression ladder, and Tier 4
Tidefall's new endgame is live. Here is everything that changed and what it
means for your next dive.
NEW & REWORKED DUNGEONS
The caves are now organized into a level-bracketed ladder. Every dungeon is tuned
for a specific level range, and you can only enter the dungeons that match your
level. No more max-level players farming starter caves, and no more wandering into
content that badly outscales you — each dive is meant for where you actually are.
Frozen Cavern - Levels 10-20 - Tier 2
Reworked into a proper early-game proving ground. Tighter level range and
gentler foes. The place to learn the ropes and stock up on Tier 2 materials.
Cemetery - Levels 20-30 - Tier 3
Your first real step into the mid game. Restless dead, tighter packs, and the
beginning of the Tier 3 resource band.
Sewers - Levels 30-40- Tier 3 [NOW OPEN]
A claustrophobic Tier 3 gauntlet crawling with rats, rogues and warriors.
Higher-end Tier 3 loot for players pushing toward the endgame.
Bandit Hideout - Levels 40-50 - Tier 4 [NOW OPEN]
The gateway to the endgame. Bandits and orc warbands guard Tier 4 materials.
Dangerous, crowded, and the first place you will find Tier 4 crafting cores
dropping in the wild.
Sunken Tombs - Levels 50-70- Tier 4 [NOW OPEN]
The deepest, deadliest dungeon in Tidefall. Mummified horrors, the densest
swarms in the game, and the richest Tier 4 hauls if you can extract with
them. This is the top of the mountain.
THE TIER LADDER
As you climb the level brackets, the resources, loot and crafting components you
find rise in tier alongside you. Deeper dungeons yield higher-tier ore, wood,
herbs and crafting cores. Tier 4 is now the ceiling — the rarest materials and
the strongest gear in the game live here. Every cave clearly shows its level
range and tier, so you always know what you are walking into.
Deeper dives also cost more to enter. Entry fees now follow a clean 2.5x step per
tier: the starter caves stay free, Frozen Cavern is 200 gold, the Tier 3 caves
(Cemetery, Sewers) are 500, and the Tier 4 caves (Bandit Hideout, Sunken Tombs)
are 1,250. Higher stakes for higher rewards, the fee is only charged when you
actually deploy.
RESOURCE ECONOMY
The resource market has been rebalanced from the ground up.
- Tier 1 materials are worth less, curbing the flood of low-tier resources and
keeping early farming honest.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 prices were adjusted to match the new curve.
- Tier 4 materials are premium priced at roughly double their Tier 3
equivalents, rewarding the players who brave the deepest dungeons.
- Island wood harvesting now yields less as tree tier rises, so higher-tier
lumber holds its value.
FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS
- Scout before you dive. Hover any dungeon in the raid select to preview its
full loot table and drop rates before you commit know whether a cave is
worth the trip. The preview panel now scrolls cleanly when the list runs long
- Docs updated. The in-game guide reflects the new dungeon ladder, tiers, entry
fees and the completed crafting-core chain.
The ladder is open, top to bottom. Find your bracket, gear up, and push deeper.
See you in the Tombs.
