(6/7) The details: A Plex Pass is required (server admin for analysis; your account or Plex Home for playback). Plex Media Server 1.43.4+. Turning on either option transcodes the audio. ⚠️ Big library? Expect higher CPU during analysis. Set it to Never to opt out.

(5/7) Don't want to wait? ⏩ Analyze any title on demand from the contextual menu in Plex Web, or Manage Settings in mobile. 💡 Pro Tip: Want new additions analyzed right away? Set "Analyze audio tracks for loudness" to "As a Scheduled Task and when media is added."

(4/7) Don't see Normalize Loudness yet? 👀 A title's audio needs to be analyzed first. Your server handles this automatically during its scheduled maintenance window, so you’ll see it show up across more of your library over the next few days.
