For starters you could use a forwarding service like crossposter.masto.donte.com.… which piggiebacks on the twitter bot.

Plenty of mastodon instances will accept bots, and there's one specifically for bots as well: botsin.space/about
Reddit could be nice too but it's not something I consume regularly, whereas I'd love to continue have tweegeemee posts in my feed after moving on from twitter.

Calling a federation of hundreds of servers with millions of users unwelcoming because you had a bad interaction with a single server admin on a highly political instance is also not the way.
That's like saying "email is unwelcoming" because google suspended your gmail account.

I've had good times here over the years. Some moments and interactions that were truly special. But I won't mourn this bird's demise. We always deserved better.

This is a common pattern in IT. "We did the complicated thing because our org wasn't capable enough to do the simple thing."
This, but for cloud migrations. The quarterly "cloud is cheaper than on-prem when you account for all on-prem costs and everyone who thinks otherwise is clueless" thread is happening again.
Every time, people with serious on-prem experience will point out that's false.
