I've no doubt the PUL hardliners would, which makes the 50+1 strategy all the more shortsighted. The more middle of the road unionists you can win over the less we would be put off taking ye on. We have a lot to lose.

The positive side of this (unlike last time) is there is major capital infrastructure investment and proper banking regulations but as always an open economy will be hit hard by a crash.

Is that the old Cork City ground in Curraheen ?

Yep, you deserve each other, which is where you are funnily enough.

You claim demographics will eventually win a BP in Norn Iron, so you make no effort to reconcile with PUL. Consequently NI is a sectarian basket case, which is looking terrible from the Republic and you've got to convince us that you're worth taking in. Good luck with that 😂

Well said, Andrew 👍 The Shinner scum are the evil in our country who would force a couple of million Brits on us given the chance.

And we were lucky to get the best 26, that's enough. We can leave the nordie losers to bask in their sectarian hate.

Ironic to be getting a lecture from Moscou Murchu 😂

And SFROI are traitors to our Republic, they'd sell us out to their UK masters.
21
There should be no let up on exposing who they really are, and how they would sell us out in a minute.

You could try working with "normal" Unionists then, but you don't. You're all as bad as the other really, and until you find a way forward with them, you're going to be stuck as is

Exactly !!! That's the point, SF post GFA set out to impose a huge financial cost on London that they tried with the bomb, by blocking economic development and instead they waste air with stupid wedge issues blaming unioniss, believing the 50+1 will get to their end goal.

No, I grew up with the republican propaganda of the 70s/80s and had moved on after the GFA, but am appalled at the carry on by republicans since then,as its now clear ye've done damn all to build trust and reconciliation, but want to lump it all on us. We have a choice to say no.
12
We know what the OO are but they were the cute ones and let you do the reaction. This turned into republicans not accepting the decision of the PC and the court, yet they've been meeting with the OO for even a final one and done march. Plenty of alternatives were possible.

SF are the largest party in NI and have the FM. If they wanted to find a better way they could have. You can't always hide behind others when you're the senior party. As they say "you're playing senior hurling now, lads" !

I have no interest in a UI while NI has rampant sectarianism and an economic mess. It's bad enough that our towns and cities would be in a diminished status within a UI, so at least get your part sorted without being the millstone around our necks.

trundling along despite Trump, Russia and Iran.

I wish he didn't commit €2bn of the Republic's tax revenue to NI ! I'd have been happy with that zero for sure. €120m to upgrade the fecking Belfast to Derry rail line, €50m on the Casement Park white elephant when SPUC is €30m in debt, a disgrace really. Our economy is

That's why I put "royalty" in quotes 😂 However, he was one of your own, feted right up to his funeral. Of course now there's collective airbrushing 😉
