I don’t need evidence, but I would like for someone with more knowledge on the situation to explain why, if no charges were filed, does everyone seem to unanimously agree he’s guilty?
Based on what I read, the prosecutors did a pretty lengthy investigation and concluded they didn’t have enough evidence to move forward. And that’s without taking the “legal loophole” into consideration.
I’m wondering what material people have read or viewed that makes them assign guilt without question. I think it’s dangerous to assume every accusation is fact. But equally as dangerous to not take accusations gravely serious
