If $GME drops the warrant strike from $32 to $10, the warrants instantly go deep in-the-money.
That’s a massive gift to every holder — free intrinsic value of ~$13–14 per warrant with the stock near $23–24.
Exercise would explode, cash would flood into GameStop, and the already sky-high borrow rate on the warrants would crush anyone short them.
Price action on both the warrants and the stock would turn violent almost immediately.
Have a plan ready. This kind of move has never been done at this scale.
