Closest call I’ve ever had there - made my bus by ONE SECOND thanks to @SW_Help & another stupid delay, 2S97 was +5 at Dean then held for traffic at SAL, guard took extra 30a to unlock after stopping. Ran like hell & crashed into the bus as driver was about to shut doors!!!

Why @SW_Help was 2S97 so late - I get the (frustrating traffic rules at SAL) but prior we still picked up loads of time after SOU then another +3 at DEN

Performance of @SW_Help on my monthly travel from September- if I had travelled today they’d of exceeded the months total in a single day for delay minutes. 5.4% for September isn’t bad vs my 9% average. I keep finding new stats in the RailMiles data

Good to know @Support believe in a safe space here free from abuse - I was called a racial slur by someone (I don’t even represent the ethnic origin it is derogatory for). Files a report - get told x it’s fine, he didn’t break the rules. I take from this: racial insults. ALLOWED

Morning @SW_Help any word on repairs to the info screen on P4 at SOU - considering it’s a screen used on so many of your stations and it’s only a display screen seems odd that it’s taking so long to get the parts needed for the repair… @swtrains_watch

Every day @SW_Help we are held up like this - the timetable was altered to accommodate the restrictions due to power issues so why is 2B16 always late, destroys the extra time we have for this trip! @swtrains_watch

Recent changes to RailMiles by @RealtimeTrains are fab, I can clone my journey or add the next leg whilst building the first, so good - next step for me would be to clone the linked legs as 1 step / show 1 journey when legs are setup together as 1 journey 100% loving it
