Here's some life-changing alpha to remember on the cusp of a bull market.
IF YOU MAKE HOUSE-LEVEL PROFITS THIS CYCLE, BUY A FUCKING HOUSE.
Take it from someone who has been through at least 4 cycles:
Life-changing alpha is to take profits off the table when you reasonably can and shove them straight into property.
I'm not saying you should dump your entire $pesto or $pistachio or $cyberdick portfolio into a mansion or a bunch of stupid properties that end up being a headache.
But if you make life-changing, wife-changing, house-changing gains...then shove part of that into a property asap to lock in the gains...and keep them.
This is especailly important if you don't own anything.
WHY?
Buying a house is the ultimate insurance against...yourself.
Because you lock capital into an asset you will likely hang onto.
If you take profits and keep them in stablecoins or something easy to grab for the "next amazing investment" that comes your way, that money will inevitably find its way back into the market.
And the market can, and probably will, eventually fuck you.
If you buy a property, it's such an ordeal to liquidate the property that money will likely STAY OUTSIDE OF THE MARKET, locked as an immovable asset.
Which is your safety net.
And if the market turns sour again, you won't regret owning something physical.
I guarantee it.
Yes, you can squeeze more yield by shoving that capital into an index fund, or buying blue-chip stocks, or buying treasuries.
But
If the market goes suddenly bad...
If another black swan event wipes you out...
If your guaranteed moon coin investment fails...
If you get drained or hacked...
If any number of things happen that could wipe your crypto assets to zero...
Buying a house means...
-You will always have a $ backup to fall on.
-You can live there.
-You can let your family live there.
-You can rent it out in a pinch.
The peace of mind that owning something brings will give you the peace of mind to make better trades. Worst case. you have something to fall back on.

faith in humanity partially restored because there are founders who actually care for their investors and protecting their reputation
