I forced myself over the weekend to Calistoga to disconnect but now I'm debugging asyncio scheduling fairness issues from a thermal pool. Seriously, Python, you could have done so much better 😂

Python isn't a great choice to implement an optimal runtime behavior for this project and I can always FFI into another time but it's been fun to try to implement this project in vanilla Python for educational purposes.

Hey at least you’re in a thermal pool. If the laptop gets wet you can get out of this asyncio business till you get a replacement 🤪

asyncio scheduling ohno PTSD Btw still wondering if it'd be feasible to share m coroutines across n threads without fixed affinity so that sonetimes blocking inside a coroutine doesn't eventually grind everything to a halt.

What's the preferred concurrent library in python these days, or is this a "don't do concurrency in python" advisor?
