you have to be exxceptional, or at least, try super hard to. you can't win being mediocre. sorry, bro. you can't be "a good boy" in all areas of your life. this is the risk everyone's speaking about. pick one thing and make a bet. then repeat it 20x times after losing.

growing up without a dad means nobody shows you the boring stuff. how to shake a hand. how to fix a leaking tap. how to lose a fight and still look the guy in the eyes. how to ask for a raise. so you learn it late (your 20s or even 30s): from youtube, from mistakes, from guys online who are just as lost. it's slower. it's more embarrassing. but there's one upside nobody talks about: you get to pick which version of a man you copy. there are countless role models you can choose from. be careful & become one your children can be eventually proud of.

life isn't short. you're just staying the same for too long.

300 🎉 thank youuuu, guys! growth is inevitable. it's either intentional or forced. it's either joy or suffering. it's either proactive or reactive. it's either attacking or defending. the good news it's you who decides. bangerhunt.app/@raw_ideass/f…

some things make me feel i'm the one before i've done anything. some things don't. ppl used to pick first and wait for the feeling. but you need to reverse it. in reality the feeling must pick. look into your natural inclinations, talents, things that inspire you & move there.
move like you are the one. carry that conviction into every room you enter and every impossible thing you attempt. dare the world to prove you wrong.

X is a huge echo-chamber. we read same stuff over & over & over. but we can at least make this chamber bigger & richer by bringing new ideas. researching is simple, all you need is reading old (or modern niche) books & articles, watching obscure youtube & podcast. make your commitment.

god loves you. that's why he gave you the freedom to pick work you hate, bury your talents, and spend your whole life gloomy, living someone else's. freedom means you're in charge. you answer to yourself. so choose things/activities/goals you'll be proud of.

life can not be brute-forced. you can not pick all the options. and this is beautiful. the choice you make every second cuts out enormous amount of universes you will never be able to live in. you make your choices every moment. and your choices literally make a new you.

honestly curious what a dostoevsky substack subscription would go for.

u need to join deep-thinking/acc. i know u got used to claude/chatgpt thinking for u. but u really need to obsess over deep literature, listen to lesser-known podcasts, dig up long-forgotten articles and (!) take notes. there are no f shortcuts. deep thinking is anti-shortcut. the whole point is to go beyond ur base level & frictionmaxx as much as possible.

i played these pc games as a teen. this phrase taught me everything.
If nothing in your business makes you doubt yourself, you’re not playing big enough.

just realized: consciousness is a very limited gatekeeper, so future learning & communication tech must operate on a sub-/un-conscious level.

whenever you think you're not good enough, it's true. that's what dreams are for. to make you grow. they require a new personality from you. not better willpower, not better focus, not better skills. they actually need it all at once.
