Never ever gonna fly with @IndiGo6E . I know you don’t care and you will have new customers daily but you will also continue to loose. Didn’t get back my bag from Istanbul to Delhi flight and the reason they gave because of heavy load they left few bags back in Istanbul. Crazy

@IndiGo6E Hi, i got my luggage - thanks for that. One request - if you can regular updates to customers on the status either way (mail, sma, phone),that would be helpful. Everytime i had to call the customer care to get the status.
