"To everyone who has stood beside me." 🎻
Well...I stood beside you, "unc."
- I wrote your campaign, comms, data, field, finance, and your fundraising plans.
- I built you a nice website, got you a SQL database, and put together your call time system.
- I cut your turfs, knocked doors for you, ran your phone banks, and ran your email and text program, nights and weekends outside of my day job.
Heck, I offered to take a pay cut so you could hire more staff!
But... you told me you felt like punching me in the (expletive) face during a meeting where I still prepared you for the RUMBO Maryvale event, which you did well in.
On my birthday, you screamed "I'm your boss, and I pay you" at me over the phone, among other things, during a menial disagreement.
When I resigned, you told one of your big donors I left for "work" reasons. You admitted in writing you "didn't know what to say," and I called you out because it wasn't true.
Then you tried to make my final pay conditional!
You told the Arizona Agenda there are things you'd "phrase differently."
So, Michael Mazzocco, how do you rephrase "I held off on work for a few days because I was upset and felt like punching you in the (expletive) face"?
The transcripts weren't candid phone chats, dawg; they were campaign meetings, where I had my note-taker on so that I could make sure I had everything needed to get things done on your campaign.
That's who is asking for your trust, Phoenix City Council District 4.
