Top of the morning 🌄 A thought I keep coming back to with GotchiLabs: Distribution is a feature. A lot of Consumer AI products are still fighting for attention. They have the technology, but they're still looking for users. @sleepagotchi already has hundreds of thousands of people inside the ecosystem. More than 500K registered users. Around 80K daily actives. That means every new product, agent, or feature starts with something valuable: an existing audience that is already engaged. For me, that's the real story. The sleep app is important, but it also feels like the first proof point. If Gotchi Labs expands into additional Consumer AI categories, it won't be doing it from a cold start. It'll be building on top of a community that already shows up every day.

I think a lot of BTC holders have the same dilemma, You want to hold Bitcoin. But you also don't want every BTC you own to just sit there. That’s what caught my attention with strkBTC on @Starknet. You can bring BTC into Starknet and use it across DeFi instead of treating Bitcoin as something you can only hold. And when privacy matters, there’s also a shielded mode. For me, the interesting part isn't just “BTC on another chain.” It’s giving BTC another job to do.
