This video appears to show Orange County DA Investigator Joe Faria, a former Anaheim PD sergeant and lieutenant, keeping close tabs on Julie Holburn and me while we were at OC family court as public court-watchers for Tawny Minna-Grossman on June 12, 2024.
Faria was working with Lourdes Rivera (OCDA Investigator) and, apparently, two court employees.
