We’re excited to announce that Rice Robotics has entered into a MOU with Edvance Innovation Limited to expand our education robotics solutions into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Under the partnership, we will provide the robotics hardware and education platform, while Edvance will lead distribution and curriculum services across the region; with exclusive distribution in Morocco.
Highlights:
• The partnership is set to have a deployment of 3000 educational robotics units over 36 months
• With Morocco as the first exclusive market, the deployment will kick off with an initial 50-unit purchase order targeted by November 30, 2026

The first step is a 50 unit PO targeted for Nov 30, 2026, with Morocco getting exclusive distribution.

To our $RICE fam,
Following our previous update regarding the second batch of @FLOKI Minibots, we want to continue being transparent with our community and share where things currently stand.
As we work toward production, we've encountered quality control issues with the outer shell of the FLOKI Minibot from our current manufacturing partner. While these may appear to be relatively minor cosmetic imperfections, they fall short of the standard we've set for ourselves and the standard we've promised to our community.
We know many of you have been patiently waiting, but we are not willing to compromise on quality simply to speed up delivery. Every FLOKI Minibot represents RICE AI, and we want every community member to receive a product that we're genuinely proud of.
We're working closely with our manufacturing partners to resolve these issues before production moves forward. Although this means additional time, we believe it's the right decision. We'd rather delay delivery than ask our community to accept a product that doesn't meet our expectations.
Our commitment remains unchanged: to deliver a high-quality FLOKI Minibot that reflects the trust you've placed in us. We truly appreciate your continued patience, understanding, and support as we work through these final challenges.
