$450 THREAD CONTEST COMMUNITY UPDATE 🧵 Quick update on the $450 Thread Contest. After reviewing the submissions, we decided to take a slightly different approach with the prize pool. Instead of distributing the full $450, $250 was allocated to 10 selected participants at $25 each, while the remaining $150 was used for $ARC buybacks. This decision came after the project took a significant hit following a bad marketing move, along with repeated website takedowns and other setbacks during the maintenance period. We felt it would be more productive to put part of the contest allocation back into the project while still rewarding contributors who genuinely put effort into their entries.
