i think the writing is on the wall for CS right now. anti-cheat is a "now or never" thing and if it doesn't happen soon, i think the game is actually done. player counts are dwindling for a reason. fucking sucks to see, but they bottled it completely. happy three year anniversary

"just go play FACEIT" it's really not about me. i don't think the barrier of entry for casual players should be that high. if you kill the supply of new players when competition is much more effective against cheaters, then churn over time will kill the game

New update first impressions: - Reload change is interesting, don't think we'll see a lot of silent reloads, but more choice is cool - 3vs3 game mode is fun, but dead in a week - Spraying feels better (to me) - Game still BADLY needs anti-cheat help - Who wanted chicken skins??

Don't mean this as episode 5000 of "ren complains about CS2" but I'm getting 5-stacks of cheaters in as low as 22.000 Premier this season. Is it as bad for everyone else too? Don't think it's been this bad since Season 1, no?

Cheaters are already trying to abuse CS2's new Overwatch system 鈥硷笍 > As shown in the clip, they are labeling cheating clips as "not cheating" > It's also reported that cheaters are inviting other cheaters in order to increase the number of fake labels It was pretty expected this was going to happen tho, so it's unknown how effective this is going to be

Counter-Strike, I love you. We've played 28 games in a row with and against blatant cheaters, yet none of them had to face punishment. Premier is the official HvH queue (HvH stands for Hitler vs. Hitler queue) and I don't miss CS:GO at all. Crossing my fingers for new skins.
