๐Ÿšจ SERIOUS CONCERNS ABOUT @fundingpips ' LEGITIMACY, TRANSPARENCY, AND BUSINESS PRACTICES FundingPips banned my $50K challenge for a CID violation but provided no evidence at the time of the breach. When I asked for proof, support refused, citing "privacy reasons." After 21 days of public pressure on X, they finally released evidence related to an old account that had already passed all stages and received funding. I then provided MT5 logs, copier confirmations, and counter-evidence, but instead of addressing it, the story later changed and a different account was brought into the accusation. My issue isn't the ban itselfโ€”it's the lack of transparency, delayed evidence, shifting explanations, and refusal to properly review the counter-evidence. @Khldfx @avikkfp @ErkanOriginal @propfirmnation1 @TrustedPropNews @reportpropscam @PropFirmMatch @propfundsquad @PropFirmsGuru @theproptruth

Report Prop Firm Scam retweeted
Hello everyone, I purchased a $50,000 Blue Guardian Instant CFD account on August 31, 2026. I worked very hard on the account and made a profit of $2,000. On September 25, 2026, I requested a payout. However, just 2โ€“3 hours later, I received an email from Blue Guardian stating that my account was being closed and my payout was being rejected due to alleged copy trading. The problem is, I have never copy-traded anyone or copied anyoneโ€™s trades. I have my own strategy based on EMAs, and I take my trades according to my own analysis. I also follow proper risk management and have followed the rules to the best of my knowledge. I genuinely donโ€™t understand why I was accused of copy trading when I have not done it. Iโ€™m attaching proof along with this post. Please take a look and help me get this issue reviewed. Iโ€™m ready to provide any additional proof or information required. Account ID - 545989 Please help me get my payout approved. ๐Ÿ™ @PropFirmsGuru @propfirmnation1 @propfirmeye @seanbaint @blueguardianIN @Aliatcx @MSTARROHIT @cryptoparida @BlueGuardianSup

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY AN ACCOUNT. ๐Ÿ“… 7 July โ€“ I received an email stating that my ongoing $50K Phase 1 challenge was being breached for a CID violation. No evidence was attached. ๐Ÿ“… 9 July โ€“ I emailed FundingPips asking for proof. No response. ๐Ÿ“… 11 July โ€“ I contacted support. Their response? "We cannot share the proof due to privacy reasons." Privacy reasons? How does showing the suspected account number, login date, and time violate anyone's privacy? I explained that there must be a mistake. Their answer: "We rechecked the issue. The ban is fair." Case closed. No evidence provided. ๐Ÿ“… 15 July โ€“ I started posting publicly asking for the evidence. After posting daily and commenting on FundingPips-related posts, I finally received the "proof" on 28 July. That's 21 days later. The proof that should have been included in the original breach email only appeared after public pressure on X. So the proof can be posted on social media, but it can't be shared privately with the trader being accused? And here's where it gets interesting. The alleged CID violation wasn't from my active $50K challenge. It was supposedly from December, 7 months earlier, on a $100K Phase 1 account. The same account that: โœ… Passed Phase 1 โœ… Passed Phase 2 โœ… Passed review โœ… Received a Master Account โœ… Was traded for weeks โœ… Was eventually breached during a losing streak Only when I later purchased a new $50K challenge did FundingPips suddenly decide that this old account had a CID violation. So what caused it? A copier. I was managing more than 5 accounts, so before using @Duplikium I specifically asked FundingPips moderators in Discord whether I could use a copier. Their answer: "Use any copier." I used Duplikium. Later, Duplikium confirmed that: โœ… I was using their service โœ… The account in question was connected to their infrastructure I submitted the confirmations, the timeline, and my explanation to @avikkfp email . I also posted everything publicly. The result? Silence. No meaningful review. No acknowledgement of the counter-evidence. Just the same decision. At this point, I don't even want to trade with your firm anymore. But when your own evidence is challenged with documented counter-evidence, the least you can do is refund the money traders paid instead of ignoring them. Transparency shouldn't require public pressure. Evidence shouldn't appear 21 days after a ban. And traders shouldn't be expected to accept accusations without a fair review.

๐Ÿšจ FUNDINGPIPS STILL CAN'T ANSWER THIS ๐Ÿšจ Even firms like @BlueGuardiancom and @AlphaCapitalUK have, at times, acknowledged mistakes, reviewed disputed cases, and offered resolutions when issues were escalated. @fundingpips @Khldfx , on the other hand, acts as if it's too big to fail. Traders raise concerns. Evidence gets challenged. Counter-evidence gets submitted. Yet the answer often seems to be: "Decision final." No accountability. No meaningful review. So the proof can be posted on social media, but it can't be shared privately with the trader being accused? And here's where it gets interesting. At this point, I don't even want to trade with your firm anymore. But when your own evidence is challenged with documented counter-evidence, the least you can do is refund the money traders paid instead of ignoring them. ๐Ÿšจ BLACKMAILING TRADERS FOR 5-STAR TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS? ๐Ÿšจ @thefundedroom @thetraderoom_ "GIVE US 5 STARS OR NO ACCOUNT" โ€“ IS THIS ETHICAL? @Trustpilot WHY SHOULD TRADERS TRUST AN INDIAN๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ PROP FIRM THAT DEMANDS 5-STAR REVIEWS BUT FAILS TO HONOR ITS PROMISES? The issue here is no longer about "toxic trading." According to the emails, the trader was told that his account was eligible for reissue and that the previous toxic trading decision would no longer be used as a reason to deny the account. The only thing requested was a Trustpilot review through their invitation link. Then things took a concerning turn. The trader was allegedly told that for the account to be reissued, he must: โœ… Leave a 5-star rating โœ… Write a positive review โœ… Wait for the review to go live โœ… Send proof of the review And only then would the account be reissued. That is not a neutral review request. Trustpilot's own guidelines state that businesses must use fair and unbiased review invitations, must not ask specifically for positive reviews or 5-star ratings, and must not pressure users with incentives or conditions tied to reviews. More importantly, if you tell a trader: "Complete these steps and your account will be reissued within 24 hours." Then once the trader completes those steps, you should honor that commitment. What makes this situation worse is that the trader claims he did exactly what was asked. He left the 5-star review, provided the proof, and still has not received the promised account reissue or any meaningful response. If the firm made a mistake, communicate it. If the reissue is under review, communicate it. If additional checks are required, communicate them. But asking for a 5-star review as a condition and then failing to fulfill the promised reissue after the trader complies raises serious questions about fairness and ethics. A review should reflect a customer's genuine experience, not become a requirement for accessing a product or service. And when a company gives its word to a trader, that word should mean something. TheFundedRoom should publicly clarify this case and either honor the reissue they promised or explain exactly why the promise was not fulfilled.

In several of them, traders claimed they were innocent, but after digging deeper, I found they had actually broken the rules. That's why I stopped blindly supporting every complaint. But this case is different. From everything presented so far, it appears the alleged CID match was caused by Duplikium's copy-trading infrastructure, not by account sharing or any deliberate rule violation. Duplikium confirmed how their system works. The trader submitted MT5 login logs, dashboard records, and other supporting evidence. Looking at the timeline, I don't believe the trader intentionally violated the rules. At the same time, I don't think FundingPips acted with bad intentions either. Their system detected a CID match, and they acted on what appeared to be a violation. What makes this even more important is that @Duplikium itself has acknowledged that CID matches can occur when traders use copier infrastructure., then this case deserves a proper manual review. @kaitofxftc , this is one of the few cases that genuinely deserves another look. The trader has provided evidence, Duplikium has provided clarification, and the explanation has remained consistent from day one. Keeping a trader banned over a potential technical error doesn't help anyone. And respectfully, we're talking about a $50K challenge account. The reputational damage from months of public controversy, unanswered questions, and community distrust is likely far greater than the value of the challenge itself. A fair review would benefit both the @traderabhishek and @fundingpips @avikkfp @ErkanOriginal @Khldfx

The same account that had already resulted in a Master Account being issued. ๐Ÿšจ I need the trading communityโ€™s help. My 125k scaled @the5erstrading account was terminated and my legitimate 8,230$ payout was denied. First, I was accused of account integration or ownership issues, but after I shared my trading history and record showing Iโ€™ve been trading since 2015, that allegation was dropped. Then, a new allegation said I made profit from a single trade, and Iโ€™ve already shared my full evidence and explanation. Weโ€™ve seen how the community supported another trader recently and helped get a fair outcome. I m happy to seen @Trillionarie369 got his biggest payout after the X communitys support and month of effort. Iโ€™m asking the trading community to please support me as well. @the5erstrading Iโ€™m willing to take an interview, provide evidence, or answer questions. Please review my case fairly, restore my account toward the 150k scale up, and release my 8,230$ payout. If I recover the payout, Iโ€™ll give 50 percent back to the community that supports me.
