I've lived for over 25 years near to this cinema in Uckfield built in 1916. I'm ashamed to say today was the first time I went to see a film there. Wonderful experience, I will be going again. Saw 'Ghosts', some real laugh out loud moments in it but maybe a tad too long?
So The Time Machine was written in Sevenoaks! If I had a time machine I'd go back to 1894 and tell HG to secure the film rights. But I guess he'd already done that having a time machine. 馃
Why am I as excited as a today teenager with a Taylor Swift ticket? Booked for this next year in Hastings. Been re watching the box set and it's BRILLIANT!!! (My Mate Robin Driscoll was one of The Fat Sweaty Coppers in the early episodes!) @monstroso#TheFastShow
Listening to Gardeners Question Time Potting Shed edition, just finishing on R4. I was just feet away from the 2 questioners at the Frances Tophill segment. I also was recorded asking her a question but sadly not chosen for broadcast. Am I bitter? Yes! 馃尰馃尯(No not really!) 馃馃尶馃ガ

Watching 'Ghosts' which I think is great. Bit of a gripe. In the credits it says it's created by 6 current people. I remember 'The Ghosts of Motley Hall' back in the 70's by Richard Carpenter surely the creator of this type of programme? Not seen even a nod to him that I can see.
Love our wood oven. OK the black olives, mozzarella and ham are from the shops, but chilli, toms, courgette, sauce and peppers are ours. You are all invited for a pizza as long as you're not a hate peddling twitter nutter! 馃崟馃嵎鉁岋笍
View from my back door 7.40am. Sunshining on the Virginia Creeper, (or Parthenocissus quinquefolia if you are a show off like me). Nice and fresh out there this morning. I love this time of the year.
Just watching The Hairy Bikers Best of British on U&Dave. Now I like them, and their recipes, BUT what I do find gross is when 2 beardy blokes share a plate of food with all the double dipping. Why didn't they have a sodding plate each FGS!
I've invested in 2 more IBC containers after the mad heat of this summer saw all my water butts run dry. I got this one rigged up just in time for the rain that has arrived. A bit Heath Robinson I admit! I now have 5 of these that hold 1000 litres each but it might not be enough.
Also yesterday at @Renown_Pictures film fest met 'The Lovely Debbie McGee'. She said such nice things to me about Dad when she and Paul Daniels were in panto together. She really is a lovely person. @thedebbiemcgee
I am aware it should be Wetherspoons and not the way it was spelt in original tweet. In my defence I was dictating the tweet, and a sacking has now taken place.
At last! Met Ray Dorset @MungoJerryLTD yesterday (in Dorset!) at @Renown_Pictures film festival in Wimborne. Grew up with his music. What a thrill when he did 'In the Summertime' and the audience did the 'Um, Che' bit. Lovely fella too! (Bucket list tick off!). @settembrini61
