When someone say, " I have Black friends." But suddenly disappears when black people are murdered.

Bruh, you stole this land. Your ancestors killed indigenous people who were the native to the land in the name of civilization.

How can you have Black friends, listen to Black artists, love Black culture, quote Black people, and enjoy everything we create then disappear when Black people are murdered and their deaths are dismissed as suicide? Stop hiding behind “I have Black friends.” If you care, speak up when it matters.

The accused killer was Byron De La Beckwith, a white segregationist and member of the Ku Klux Klan. He was tried twice in 1964. Both trials ended with all-white juries unable to reach a conviction.

Black people were put on display as human attractions exhibited at fairs, shows, and even zoos to entertain white audiences. They dehumanized us, made money from it, and called it civilization.

Whether it’s in Palestine. Sudan. Congo. Nigeria or Venezuela or Yemen. We are all confronted by the same enemy. No matter who you are or where you are, we are all victims of western imperialism.

Why is everyone expected to explain where they come from except white Americans? I mean; African American. Native American. Hispanic American. But somehow no-one refers to whites as “European American”. Why is whiteness treated as the default American identity?
