Since a large number of illiterate people are asking this, I will answer it for all my bois. Humans are born with a relatively fixed number of muscle fibers. If protein is restricted during the mid-to-late fetal stages, myogenesis is stunted, and the baby is born with fewer total muscle fibers. After birth, muscles grow by increasing the size of existing fibers (hypertrophy), not by generating new ones (hyperplasia). A child born with a significantly lower baseline of muscle fibers will generally have less overall muscle mass and a lower upper limit for muscular growth throughout their life, regardless of their diet after birth. In the long run, this leads to lower muscle mass, insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome. In short, how muscular you will end up is mostly determined while you are in womb. Nothing much you can do about it, sadly So if you are an Indian woman reading this, please eat some protein. Perhaps your babies might end up muscular

I genuinely feel sorry for people who say “Bro our grandparents ate Indian food, no protein, ghee, roti, chawal and lived 90–100 years. Add the full sentence next time. They also: - Walked 10–15 km daily without calling it cardio - Had no Swiggy, Zomato, midnight snacks or weekend binge culture - Slept on time - Had lower population stress, lower pollution, lower noise, lower cortisol - Didn’t stare at a glowing screen 8–10 hours a day - Didn’t sit on for 12 hours and call it desk job lifestyle And most importantly: They didn’t eat ghee on top of ultra processed junk and then blame genetics. Bro, face reality. You’re eating ghee - sitting all day - sleeping 5 hours - scrolling till 2 AM - stressed about money, body and validation - breathing polluted air - moving less than your grandfather did before breakfast Stop romanticising the past to justify your present laziness. and no amount of “but Indian food” will save modern body living an ancient lie.

Most support disappears when you stop benefiting people. Peace costs friendships. Growth feels lonely before it feels worth it. Small actions done daily change everything. 2/2

Your future is built in boring routines. Skill beats talent when talent stays lazy. Focus turns average into dangerous. Do it tired. Do it scared. Just do it. 3/3
