Two AI companies contacted me to review their products. This would be done in the context of a real VFX/animation pipeline, not just a cool demo that shows everything is so wonderful. That's part of my dealings with them. I say whatever I want. I will not get censored and I won't say things I disagree with. I will show the good, the bad and they ugly, even if they pay me to make the clip (not much by the way). Every time I mention AI on X I get bombarded with hate messages. But in VFX, AI is here to stay. So what are your thoughts. Be polite. :-)

I made a small but useful change to the Blender file browser for my Kitsu pipeline. You can turn on All Objects, All Armatures or All Obj + Armature so when on it won't even open the file browser. Small details like those that makes live a little bit easier. #b3d

Just added something to my Kitsu pipeline. Now there's a button called Set as Master. That will make a copy of the selected sequence and rename it as shot_scene_master.####.ext In Nuke and Resolve you can import the master file. So if the master gets updated, Nuke and resolve will always read the latest version. I added a filter in the browser to only see the master instead of all the versions.
