2 months ago I arrived in Hawaii and my hip muscles are STILL tight. For this my friend Joy Love suggested I take up hula-hooping! I am totally rubbish at it... but for the month of December I am determined to improve!

The ship was pitching visibly, the stern rising as the bow descended, then vice versa. Combined with the wind on my back, I was getting propelled down the top deck and was grateful for the hand rail.
